The article was quoting my speech in front of the Antara journalists, in which I said that, "17 percent of the 103 million population do not know Bahasa Indonesia." So this percentage is equal to 32 million, and not 40 million as reported. If we count only the Indonesian people over five years old, the number will be 27 million.

Thus, the rate for the first four months of the current calendar year is 4.73 percent. Seven developers fined for building without licenses JAKARTA (JP): The Municipal Administration has reprimanded seven large-scale developers for constructing luxury apartments, shopping centers, office buildings and other projects without licenses.
