Portugal case 'misdirected' CANBERRA (Agencies): Portugal's case in the International Court of Justice (ICJ) against an Australian oil treaty with Indonesia is "cynically misdirected", an Australian Foreign Affairs department spokesman said yesterday. Public hearings into Portugal's case against the treaty, which covers the area known as the Timor Gap between Australia and East Timor, are due to begin on Jan. 30.

The road is always heavy with traffic. But if all the road users, particularly the minibus drivers, follow traffic rules I can reach the office in less than one hour. Unfortunately, traffic congestion always occurs in the area. This is caused partly by the poor quality of road.

Two more provinces receive wage hike JAKARTA (JP): The central government has now raised the regional minimum wage level in both Central Java and East Nusa Tenggara, following minimum wage increases in the other 25 provinces.
