Bad road in Ciledug
Bad road in Ciledug
I am living at the housing complex of the Department of
Foreign Affairs in the Ciledug area. Every day, on my way to my
office and back home, I pass Jl. Ciledug Raya. The road is always
heavy with traffic. But if all the road users, particularly the
minibus drivers, follow traffic rules I can reach the office in
less than one hour.
Unfortunately, traffic congestion always occurs in the area.
This is caused partly by the poor quality of road. The segment of
the road between Makna hospital and Kreo gasoline station has a
big hole which causes drivers to slow down leaving the traffic
behind it congested.
Although this situation has been prevailing for about a month,
there is no hint that the Tangerang authorities are paying any
attention to this traffic problem. Therefore, through this
letter, I would like to call on the concerned authorities to do
something about it, before the situation goes from bad to worse.
