Bus in Bogor From Kompas Every Monday the buses at the Bogor terminal, which are bound for Jakarta, are always overcrowded. I can understand why this is so. It is a fact that many people take lodgings and work in Jakarta, and spend the weekend in Bogor, with their families. But it was surprising when I happened to be waiting for the Bogor-Kalideres (Jakarta) bus on Friday, April 4, 1995, that no spare bus was available, although I had been at the terminal for more than half an hour.

Police question 21 drug buyers KUPANG, East Nusa Tenggara: Police recently questioned 21 people thought to be members of a drug syndicate whose alleged ring leader was arrested last week. Police said three of the 21 suspects are civil servants who stated during interrogation that they were only "buyers". Others are students, unemployed people and prostitutes. On-bus entertainment From Republika I have made a number of trips by bus from Jakarta to Bandung, West Java, over the past few weeks. The bus companies seem to be competing with each other to provide some comfort to their customers by showing laser disc films during the journey. On May 4, 1995, at about 10.00 a.m. I was returning to Jakarta from Bandung by Pribumi Raya bus. They showed two films during the journey: T-Force and Tough and deadly. It seemed to me that these films were not censored.
