Danantara Representative to 'Oversee' Pertamina

Jakarta: Deputy Minister of Investment and Downstream Industries, who also serves as Deputy Head of the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), Todotua Pasaribu, has been appointed as Deputy President Commissioner of PT Pertamina (Persero). The appointment was confirmed at a General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) on Thursday, 12 June 2025. Pertamina’s VP of Corporate Communication, Fadjar Djoko Santoso, stated that the appointment fell within the authority of the shareholders.
