Pertamina Board Reshuffle: Four New Directors and Two New Commissioners Appointed

Citing various sources, Nanik S Deyang serves as Deputy I of the Poverty Eradication Board for the 2024-2029 period. She is also known as a senior journalist. Nanik S Deyang was born in Madiun, East Java on 3 January 1968. During her journalism career, she worked at Tabloid Bangkit as part of the Kompas Gramedia media group. Additionally, Nanik was appointed as Deputy Chairwoman of the National Solidarity Movement Foundation (GSN), a foundation established by President Prabowo Subianto.

Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir has reshuffled the boards of directors and commissioners of PT Pertamina (Persero). Four new names have been appointed to the Board of Directors, along with two to the Board of Commissioners.

Pertamina's VP of Corporate Communication, Fadjar Djoko Santoso, announced the management changes at the state-owned oil and gas company.

"At Pertamina's General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) held today, in addition to assessing company performance, the shareholder also made changes to Pertamina's Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors," Fadjar said in an official statement on Thursday (12 June 2025).

The shareholder approved the appointment of new Pertamina directors at the RUPS. Among them, Oki Muraza was appointed as Vice President Director, replacing Wiko Migantoro. The shareholder also appointed Jaffee Arizon Suardin as Director of Logistics and Infrastructure, replacing Alfian Nasution.

Agung Wicaksono was appointed as Director of Transformation and Business Sustainability, a newly created position at Pertamina.

Andy Arvianto was appointed as Director of Human Resources, replacing M. Erry Sugiharto, who now serves as Director of Business Support. This position was previously held by Erry Widiastono.
