Danantara Representative to 'Oversee' Pertamina
Jakarta: Deputy Minister of Investment and Downstream Industries, who also serves as Deputy Head of the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), Todotua Pasaribu, has been appointed as Deputy President Commissioner of PT Pertamina (Persero). The appointment was confirmed at a General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) on Thursday, 12 June 2025.
Pertamina's VP of Corporate Communication, Fadjar Djoko Santoso, stated that the appointment fell within the authority of the shareholders. He made the remarks following a press conference on Pertamina's achievements in Jakarta on Friday, 13 June 2025.
He added that Todotua Pasaribu's appointment represented Danantara's interests. He explained that there had not yet been any discussion regarding projects that would receive funding from Danantara.
"Mr Todotua holds the position of Deputy Minister of Investment and Deputy Head of BKPM. Mr Rosan also serves at Danantara. Naturally, Mr Todotua is one of the government's capital commissioner representatives," Fadjar explained.
He noted that Danantara's connection to Pertamina stems from the fact that the company's shareholders currently include the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises and Danantara.
Through the RUPS, the complete composition of Pertamina's Board of Directors is as follows:

- Deputy President Director: Oki Muraza
- Director of Risk Management: Ahmad Siddik Badruddin
- Director of Strategy, Portfolio and Business Development: A. Salyadi Dariah Saputra

- Director of Transformation and Business Sustainability: Agung Wicaksono
