Three New Faces Join Pertamina's Board of Directors and Commissioners Following Management Reshuffle
JAKARTA — Three new figures have taken seats on the board of directors and commissioners of PT Pertamina (Persero) following a management reshuffle through a General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) held on Thursday, 12 June 2025.
The new appointments include Todotua Pasaribu as Deputy President Commissioner, Nanik Sudaryati Deyang as Independent Commissioner, and Agung Wicaksono filling the position of Director of Transformation and Business Sustainability at Pertamina. All three are new to their roles at Pertamina, having been appointed by Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir in his capacity as holder of the company's Series A Dwiwarna shares.
**Todotua Pasaribu**
Todotua is a new face at the state oil and gas company. Nevertheless, he is known as a businessman with extensive experience in the energy sector. He previously served as Deputy Minister of Investment and Downstreaming/Deputy Head of the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) from 2024 to 2025.
Since 2019, Todotua served as CEO of Bomba Group, an investment holding company operating in the plantation, mining, property, energy, contracting and logistics sectors. He was responsible for operations in coal, energy, plantation and logistics, making the group one of the key players in Indonesia's energy and infrastructure sectors.
Prior to his role as CEO of Bomba Group, Todotua also served as Director of PT Thopas Artha Nauli from 2016, Director of PT Chatura Indonesia in 2012, and previously as Operations Manager at PT Jagad Energy in 2005.
Todotua became active in politics after serving as Deputy Chairman of the National Campaign Team (TKN) for the Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka ticket in the 2024 Presidential Election. He was subsequently appointed by Prabowo Subianto as Deputy Minister of Investment and Downstreaming alongside Minister Rosan Roeslani. Todotua holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Trisakti University (2003).

Nanik's name is inseparable from the mass media industry. She is a senior journalist who now pursues a career in government and the state oil and gas company.
