Pertamina Annual General Meeting Appoints New Board of Commissioners Members
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) for the 2024 financial year of PT Pertamina (Persero) was held at Grha Pertamina, Jakarta, on Thursday (12/6/2025). In addition to ratifying the company's performance, shareholders also made changes to the board of commissioners.
The RUPS appointed changes to Pertamina's Board of Commissioners, namely Todotua Pasaribu as Vice President Commissioner and Nanik S. Deyang as Independent Commissioner.
The updated composition of Pertamina's Board of Commissioners is as follows:
President Commissioner & Independent: Mochammad Iriawan
Vice President Commissioner: Todotua Pasaribu
Independent Commissioner: Condro Kirono
Independent Commissioner: Raden Adjeng Sondaryani
Commissioner: Nanik S. Deyang
Commissioner: Bambang Suswantono
Commissioner: Heru Pambudi
**Profile of Todotua Pasaribu**
Todotua Pasaribu is the Deputy Minister of Investment and Downstreaming/Deputy Head of the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) in the Merah Putih Cabinet. Before becoming deputy minister, Todotua was known as CEO of Bomba Group, a company operating in the energy, plantation, and logistics sectors.
He obtained his engineering degree from the Department of Industrial Engineering, Faculty of Industrial Technology, at Trisakti University in Jakarta. He began his studies in 1998 and graduated five years later.
Through his personal Instagram account, Todotua expressed his gratitude for his new mandate as Vice President Commissioner of PT Pertamina (Persero).
"Let's fight for another new journey. Thank you for the trust that has been given. I assure you this will be one of the best journeys I can offer for this nation and country," he said.
Todotua also conveyed a prayer for his father, Liberty Pasaribu, who passed away some time ago. "For papa in heaven, our story is now complete, and the thing you so eagerly awaited, amid the struggles before you left this world. Pray that I can make you proud up there — I dedicate this to you, papa," he said.
