Pertamina Announces New Board of Commissioners and Directors at Annual General Meeting
Jakarta - PT Pertamina (Persero) officially announced changes to its board of commissioners and directors at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2024 financial year, held on Thursday (12/6) at Grha Pertamina, Central Jakarta.
Among the changes was the appointment of Deputy Minister of Investment and Downstreaming/BKPM Todotua Pasaribu as Deputy President Commissioner of Pertamina, replacing Dony Oskaria.
Pertamina VP of Corporate Communication Fadjar Djoko Santoso said that Todotua's appointment was within the authority of the shareholders. He noted that Todotua serves as a government commissioner representative relevant to Pertamina.
"This is indeed within the shareholders' authority, but if we look at Mr Todotua's position as Deputy Minister of Investment and Deputy Head of the Investment Coordinating Board. Mr Rosan also serves as head of Danantara, so automatically Mr Todotua is one of the government's commissioner representatives relevant to Pertamina," he said when met at Grha Pertamina, Central Jakarta, on Friday (13/6/2025).
"That's correct, as our shareholders are now the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises and also Danantara," Fadjar added when asked about the connection between the Deputy President Commissioner appointment and Danantara.
The AGMS also appointed new directors: Oki Muraza as Deputy President Director, Jaffee Arizon Suardin as Director of Logistics and Infrastructure, Agung Wicaksono as Director of Transformation and Business Sustainability, and Andy Arvianto as Director of Human Resources.
Meanwhile, M. Erry Sugiharto, who previously served as Pertamina's Director of Human Resources, has been appointed as Director of Business Support.
