Heavy storms hit Bandung BANDUNG, West Java: Heavy rainstorms followed by hail hit major parts of the city on Friday. The areas of Lembong, Lingkar Selatan, Pagarsih, Buah Batu and Gede Bage were completely flooded. Most main roads in the city were abandoned as collapsed tree trunks blocked streets.
