Cambodia, Laos sign agreements

PHNOM PENH (Reuters): Cambodia and Laos signed agreements on
power, road transportation and extradition, Cambodian state
television reported on Friday.

The media gave no details of the agreements, which were signed
in the Lao capital of Vientiane, where Cambodian Prime Minister
Hun Sen is on a visit.

Hun Sen went to an area of southern Laos on the border with
Cambodia on Friday where he was to visit a hydropower dam, the
media said.

Hun Sen traveled to Laos on Tuesday for a meeting the next day
with his Lao counterpart, Sisavat Keobounphan, and Prime Minister
Pham Van Khai of Vietnam.
