Ainin Indarsih Family Wins Appeal Against PT Obsidian Stainless Steel in Southeast Sulawesi Land Dispute
Kendari — The Ainin Indarsih family has won their appeal against a Unaaha District Court ruling in a land dispute execution case filed by PT Obsidian Stainless Steel (OSS) in 2024. In its decision numbered 21/Pdt/2025/PT Kendari, dated Tuesday (24/6/2025), the Southeast Sulawesi High Court ruled to accept the appeal from the Ainin Indarsih family and overturn the Unaaha District Court decision number 22/Pdt.Bth/2024/PN.Unh of 25 February 2025, which had previously been won by PT OSS.

The inauguration took place in the Sarulla Room, Chairul Saleh Building, at the ESDM Ministry offices in Jakarta on Wednesday (25/6/2025). Rilke previously served as Expert Staff for Priority Investment Sector Development at the Ministry of Investment and Downstreaming/BKPM.

BP Batam Signs MoU with Investment Ministry to Strengthen Investment Climate
BATAM - The Batam Authority (BP Batam) has officially signed a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Investment and Downstreaming/Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) in Jakarta on Wednesday (25/6/2025). The memorandum was signed directly by Minister of Investment and Downstreaming/Head of BKPM Rosan Perkasa Roeslani and Head of BP Batam/Mayor of Batam Amsakar Achmad. Amsakar explained that the agreement with BKPM concerns long-term investment development efforts in Batam.
