Prabowo Issues Government Regulation 28/2025: Businesses Can Apply for Eight Tax Facilities via OSS System
President Prabowo has issued Government Regulation (PP) Number 28 of 2025. The regulation, enacted on 5 June 2025, details eight tax facilities that investors and business operators can apply for through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system. WALHI Sultra and Morosi Residents Demand Justice over Environmental Pollution by PT OSS and PT VDNI
KONAWE — The Unaaha District Court conducted an on-site inspection today in connection with environmental lawsuit number 28/Pdt.Sus-LH/2024/PN Unh. The lawsuit was filed by WALHI Southeast Sulawesi together with affected residents against PT Obsidian Stainless Steel (OSS) and PT Virtue Dragon Nickel Industry (VDNI) over environmental damage in Morosi, Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi. The direct inspection of the location covered areas including damaged fish ponds and pollution sites.

KENDARI – The National Oil and Gas Entrepreneurs Association (Hiswana Migas) of Southeast Sulawesi has confirmed that PT Rinjani Nakhla Perkasa (PT RNP) is not a partner of PT Pertamina (Persero). Pushing for 8 Per Cent Growth, HKI Urges Accelerated Licensing and Industrial Regulation
