'RRI' tower collapses JAKARTA: The transmission tower of state Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) on Jl. Antena in Radio Dalam area, South Jakarta, collapsed on Saturday, slightly disrupting the radio's operations. Strong winds that blew during heavy rain battered the 60-meter tower. As a result, about 15 meters of the tower collapsed, causing minor damage to at least four nearby buildings.
