Sudi Silalahi on Friday claimed that there were several groups, who were mobilizing the poor to create unrest on Christmas eve. Toto to boost production TOKYO (AFX-ASIA): Toto Ltd plans to boost annual capacity for making toilets at its Indonesian unit by 30 percent to 2.2 million units, the Nihon Keizai Shimbun reported, citing company sources. The firm will invest 1.6 billion yen in PT Surya Toto Indonesia to help finance the construction of a new factory in March. Surya Toto will also increase its workforce by 300 persons to 3,400.

Timorese return home: UNHCR GENEVA (Agencies): Almost 50,000 East Timorese refugees have returned home this year, bringing to 174,000 the number who have gone back since October last year, the UN's refugee agency, UNHCR, said on Friday.
