Why not live in harmony? I really enjoy visiting QB bookshops in Jakarta. The staff there are always smiling and helpful and brighten my day after many hours in the office. Nevertheless, an incident occurred on the evening of Thursday, Feb. 20, 2003 which disappointed me. I was browsing in the bookshop in Plaza Senayan when I heard a senior employee criticizing his staff in a loud voice in front of customers in the shop.
