KENDARI — The handling of workplace accidents at PT OSS in Morosi District, Konawe Regency, has drawn scrutiny. The Labour Inspection and Occupational Health and Safety (Binwasnaker and K3) Division of the Southeast Sulawesi Manpower and Transmigration Office (Disnakertrans) has deemed the company uncooperative. Binwasnaker and K3 Division Head Asnia Nidi revealed that PT OSS has repeatedly ignored summonses related to workplace accident incidents.

Government Extends Halal Certification Registration for SMEs Until 2026
Jakarta — The government has extended the halal certification registration period for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) until 2026. The Halal Product Assurance Agency (BPJPH) is targeting that by 2026 there will be no further negotiations, and all SMEs must be ready to hold certification. Originally, the halal certification registration deadline was set for 17 October 2024, meaning all SMEs were required to have obtained halal certificates before that date.

Requirements for Airline Business Licensing and Air Operator Certification in Indonesia
As part of the verification process, business entities are required to submit a medium-term Business Plan covering the next five years through the Integrated Air Transport Licensing Information System (SIPTAU), which is integrated with the Online Single Submission (OSS) system. Micro Enterprises Dominate Online Single Submission Business Licence Registrations
JAKARTA - The Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) has reported that the implementation of the Online Single Submission (OSS) system for issuing Business Identification Numbers (NIB) has been dominated by micro enterprises, with 12.982 million NIBs recorded for this category. BKPM Deputy for Investment Climate Development Riyatno said the OSS system was developed as part of the government’s structural reform to create a healthier, more transparent and efficient business climate.
