-Prepare a brief on event requirements, such as duration of the event, number of expected participants, number of meeting rooms, and exhibition space. This will serve as a starting point for discussion. The MICE service providers will be able to guide the client through the planning process.

-Find the right MICE providers in Singapore, such as the destination management companies (DMC), the professional conference organizers (PCO) and the professional exhibition organizers (PEO) should you prefer holding the event without the help of a local event organizer.
