TASPEN Supports Utilisation of 2025 SPT Reporting Relaxation, Access Tax Withholding Evidence via TOOS
PT TASPEN (Persero) reaffirms its commitment to providing convenient services to the public through the TASPEN One Hour Online Service (TOOS), particularly to facilitate access to Pension Tax Withholding Certificates.
This initiative aligns with the ongoing period for submitting Annual Income Tax Notification Letters (SPT) for Personal Income Tax (PPh) for the 2025 Tax Year, open until 30 April 2026.
In line with government policy through the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP), which offers relaxation in SPT annual reporting and payment, pension participants can now meet their tax obligations more easily, optimally, and efficiently via TASPEN’s digital services.
TASPEN’s Corporate Secretary, Henra, explained that the TOOS service represents the company’s commitment to enhancing service quality for participants.
“Specifically, it provides easy access to required tax documents, including supporting participants in fulfilling their tax obligations on time through digital services,” he stated in a release on Thursday (9/4/2026).
TASPEN pension participants can access and download Pension Tax Withholding Certificates conveniently and quickly via TOOS.
As a guide for participants to access and print Pension Tax Withholding Certificates independently, the following steps can be followed:
Access the TOOS website at tos.taspen.co.id.
Log in using a registered account or register if one does not exist.
Select the Pension Tax Withholding Certificate menu.
Specify the SPT Year, then click Check Withholding Certificate.
Click Print to download the document in PDF format.
The withholding certificate is successfully downloaded and ready for use.
With TASPEN’s TOOS service, participants obtain the required documents for SPT reporting without needing to visit branches, making the process more efficient and comfortable.
