        "content": "<p>PT TASPEN (Persero) reaffirms its commitment to providing convenient\nservices to the public through the TASPEN One Hour Online Service\n(TOOS), particularly to facilitate access to Pension Tax Withholding\nCertificates.<\/p>\n<p>This initiative aligns with the ongoing period for submitting Annual\nIncome Tax Notification Letters (SPT) for Personal Income Tax (PPh) for\nthe 2025 Tax Year, open until 30 April 2026.<\/p>\n<p>In line with government policy through the Directorate General of\nTaxes (DJP), which offers relaxation in SPT annual reporting and\npayment, pension participants can now meet their tax obligations more\neasily, optimally, and efficiently via TASPEN\u2019s digital services.<\/p>\n<p>TASPEN\u2019s Corporate Secretary, Henra, explained that the TOOS service\nrepresents the company\u2019s commitment to enhancing service quality for\nparticipants.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSpecifically, it provides easy access to required tax documents,\nincluding supporting participants in fulfilling their tax obligations on\ntime through digital services,\u201d he stated in a release on Thursday\n(9\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>TASPEN pension participants can access and download Pension Tax\nWithholding Certificates conveniently and quickly via TOOS.<\/p>\n<p>As a guide for participants to access and print Pension Tax\nWithholding Certificates independently, the following steps can be\nfollowed:<\/p>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li><p>Access the TOOS website at tos.taspen.co.id.<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Log in using a registered account or register if one does not\nexist.<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Select the Pension Tax Withholding Certificate menu.<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Specify the SPT Year, then click Check Withholding\nCertificate.<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Click Print to download the document in PDF format.<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>The withholding certificate is successfully downloaded and ready\nfor use.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>With TASPEN\u2019s TOOS service, participants obtain the required\ndocuments for SPT reporting without needing to visit branches, making\nthe process more efficient and comfortable.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe urge all participants to take advantage of the 2025 SPT reporting\nopportunity until the specified deadline and use the available digital\nservices to support tax administration ease,\u201d Henra concluded.<\/p>\n<p>For using the TOOS service, if participants need further information\nor encounter issues in the 2025 Tax Year SPT reporting process, they can\ncontact TASPEN\u2019s Call Centre at 1500919, official TASPEN social media\nunder the username <span class=\"citation\"\ndata-cites=\"taspen\">@taspen<\/span>, or the nearest TASPEN branch for\nassistance and support.<\/p>\n<p>Through strengthening digital services, improving service quality,\nand ongoing innovation, TASPEN continues to commit to being a centre of\nexcellence in managing social security for civil servants (ASN).<\/p>\n<p>This effort aligns with TASPEN\u2019s support for the implementation of\nthe government\u2019s Asta Cita under President Prabowo Subianto\u2019s leadership\nto promote effective governance, quality public services, and improved\nsocietal welfare.<\/p>",
