KPK Hands Over Seized Assets of Two Apartments Worth Rp 3.52 Billion to Lemhannas
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) handed over seized assets from a corruption case that has attained final and binding legal force, or Inkracht, consisting of two apartment units worth Rp 3.52 billion, to the National Resilience Institute (Lemhannas).
The handover was conducted through the mechanism of Usage Status Determination (PSP) and grant, as an effort to ensure that confiscated goods are not left unused, while also providing added value for the interests of the state.
“Confiscated goods from law enforcement can be optimised for the benefit of the state, while strengthening accountability through transparent mechanisms oriented towards utility,” said Fitroh in a written statement on Monday (20/4/2026).
“The KPK not only ensnares perpetrators with corporate criminal penalties, but also targets the economic gains obtained from corruption,” he stated.
The two apartment units in question are one 150 m² apartment in the Jalan Pintu Satu Senayan area worth Rp 2.10 billion, and one 92 m² apartment in fX Residence worth Rp 1.42 billion.
These assets are part of the confiscated goods in the corruption case involving defendants Puput Tantriana and Hasan Aminuddin, as per the decision of the Surabaya Corruption Court.
On the same occasion, the Governor of Lemhannas, TB Ace Hasan Syadzily, assessed that the utilisation of state confiscated assets has a strategic meaning that goes beyond administrative functions.
“State assets are not merely symbols of law enforcement, but strategic instruments that support the development of human resources with character and resilience against corruption,” said Ace.
Ace emphasised that Lemhannas will manage the assets optimally, transparently, and responsibly, including to support national leadership education and the strengthening of national values.
