        "content": "<p>JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) handed over\nseized assets from a corruption case that has attained final and binding\nlegal force, or Inkracht, consisting of two apartment units worth Rp\n3.52 billion, to the National Resilience Institute (Lemhannas).<\/p>\n<p>The handover was conducted through the mechanism of Usage Status\nDetermination (PSP) and grant, as an effort to ensure that confiscated\ngoods are not left unused, while also providing added value for the\ninterests of the state.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cConfiscated goods from law enforcement can be optimised for the\nbenefit of the state, while strengthening accountability through\ntransparent mechanisms oriented towards utility,\u201d said Fitroh in a\nwritten statement on Monday (20\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe KPK not only ensnares perpetrators with corporate criminal\npenalties, but also targets the economic gains obtained from\ncorruption,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n<p>The two apartment units in question are one 150 m\u00b2 apartment in the\nJalan Pintu Satu Senayan area worth Rp 2.10 billion, and one 92 m\u00b2\napartment in fX Residence worth Rp 1.42 billion.<\/p>\n<p>These assets are part of the confiscated goods in the corruption case\ninvolving defendants Puput Tantriana and Hasan Aminuddin, as per the\ndecision of the Surabaya Corruption Court.<\/p>\n<p>On the same occasion, the Governor of Lemhannas, TB Ace Hasan\nSyadzily, assessed that the utilisation of state confiscated assets has\na strategic meaning that goes beyond administrative functions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cState assets are not merely symbols of law enforcement, but\nstrategic instruments that support the development of human resources\nwith character and resilience against corruption,\u201d said Ace.<\/p>\n<p>Ace emphasised that Lemhannas will manage the assets optimally,\ntransparently, and responsibly, including to support national leadership\neducation and the strengthening of national values.<\/p>",
