DKI Jakarta's Regional Budget Realisation Reaches 13.97% in First Quarter of 2026, Expenditure Rp 10 Trillion
Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung stated that the realisation of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) for the first quarter of 2026 reached 13.97%.
“The regional expenditure realisation has reached 13.97% or Rp 10.38 trillion,” said Pramono during a press conference on the first quarter 2026 APBD realisation at Jakarta City Hall on Friday (17/4/2026).
Meanwhile, financing receipts amounted to Rp 5.82 trillion or 58.92%, and financing expenditures were Rp 243.2 billion or 3.45%.
The remaining budget calculation surplus (Silpa) was recorded at Rp 4.77 trillion.
Pramono added that up to the first quarter, there were 94,798 procurement packages that have been completed.
He requested that the remaining procurement processes be accelerated to maintain optimal APBD performance.
“And for that, we specifically request that the rest be sped up so that our APBD performance will be healthy and run well,” he said.
According to Pramono, the APBD realisation is directed towards accelerating various priority programmes of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, while maintaining economic stability amid global challenges.
“The DKI Jakarta Government must prepare itself to face those conditions so that economic growth remains maintained,” he said.
Nevertheless, Pramono noted that Jakarta’s economic condition remains quite solid. Economic growth was recorded at 5.21%, higher than the national figure of 5.11%.
In addition, the consumer confidence index in March 2026 was at 145.5, indicating high public optimism amid global pressures.
“This becomes both a challenge and an opportunity for us to respond with the right policies,” said Pramono.
Looking ahead, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government is also reviewing several fiscal policies, including the possibility of providing local tax relaxations to maintain public purchasing power and encourage economic growth.
Pramono emphasised that all APBD management is carried out transparently and accountably as a form of accountability to the public.
