        "content": "<p>Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung stated that the realisation of the\nRegional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) for the first quarter of\n2026 reached 13.97%.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe regional expenditure realisation has reached 13.97% or Rp 10.38\ntrillion,\u201d said Pramono during a press conference on the first quarter\n2026 APBD realisation at Jakarta City Hall on Friday (17\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, financing receipts amounted to Rp 5.82 trillion or 58.92%,\nand financing expenditures were Rp 243.2 billion or 3.45%.<\/p>\n<p>The remaining budget calculation surplus (Silpa) was recorded at Rp\n4.77 trillion.<\/p>\n<p>Pramono added that up to the first quarter, there were 94,798\nprocurement packages that have been completed.<\/p>\n<p>He requested that the remaining procurement processes be accelerated\nto maintain optimal APBD performance.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd for that, we specifically request that the rest be sped up so\nthat our APBD performance will be healthy and run well,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>According to Pramono, the APBD realisation is directed towards\naccelerating various priority programmes of the DKI Jakarta Provincial\nGovernment, while maintaining economic stability amid global\nchallenges.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe DKI Jakarta Government must prepare itself to face those\nconditions so that economic growth remains maintained,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Nevertheless, Pramono noted that Jakarta\u2019s economic condition remains\nquite solid. Economic growth was recorded at 5.21%, higher than the\nnational figure of 5.11%.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the consumer confidence index in March 2026 was at\n145.5, indicating high public optimism amid global pressures.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis becomes both a challenge and an opportunity for us to respond\nwith the right policies,\u201d said Pramono.<\/p>\n<p>Looking ahead, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government is also\nreviewing several fiscal policies, including the possibility of\nproviding local tax relaxations to maintain public purchasing power and\nencourage economic growth.<\/p>\n<p>Pramono emphasised that all APBD management is carried out\ntransparently and accountably as a form of accountability to the\npublic.<\/p>",
