Bandung (ANTARA) - PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BTN) is preparing a bundled Home Ownership Loan (KPR) that enables customers to obtain additional credit for furnishing their homes within a single agreement, aiming to provide integrated financing while maintaining credit quality.

“Our bundled product will undergo piloting this month. So, in the second semester, we will certainly roll it out on a large scale. This has been discussed back and forth (at BTN). Actually, the product already exists; it’s just a matter of integrating the systems,” said BTN President Director Nixon LP Napitupulu in Bandung on Thursday (9/4).

Nixon explained that this innovation is designed as an integrated financing solution for housing customers by combining KPR and consumer credit in one process and one agreement.

Through this scheme, customers not only obtain financing for home purchases but can also access additional credit for home furnishing needs such as furniture, electronic appliances, and other basic requirements.

In addition, the company is developing advanced bundling that includes motor vehicle financing, with a focus on electric vehicles as part of future product development.

“This includes motor vehicle credit (KKB). We are preparing a cooperation agreement (PKS) with one multifinance company for vehicles. We are pushing so that the vehicles are electric if possible,” said Nixon.

According to him, combining several facilities into one agreement will reduce processing costs because credit analysis is conducted in a single cycle, while also improving operational efficiency.
