        "content": "<p>Bandung (ANTARA) - PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BTN) is\npreparing a bundled Home Ownership Loan (KPR) that enables customers to\nobtain additional credit for furnishing their homes within a single\nagreement, aiming to provide integrated financing while maintaining\ncredit quality.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur bundled product will undergo piloting this month. So, in the\nsecond semester, we will certainly roll it out on a large scale. This\nhas been discussed back and forth (at BTN). Actually, the product\nalready exists; it\u2019s just a matter of integrating the systems,\u201d said BTN\nPresident Director Nixon LP Napitupulu in Bandung on Thursday (9\/4).<\/p>\n<p>Nixon explained that this innovation is designed as an integrated\nfinancing solution for housing customers by combining KPR and consumer\ncredit in one process and one agreement.<\/p>\n<p>Through this scheme, customers not only obtain financing for home\npurchases but can also access additional credit for home furnishing\nneeds such as furniture, electronic appliances, and other basic\nrequirements.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the company is developing advanced bundling that\nincludes motor vehicle financing, with a focus on electric vehicles as\npart of future product development.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis includes motor vehicle credit (KKB). We are preparing a\ncooperation agreement (PKS) with one multifinance company for vehicles.\nWe are pushing so that the vehicles are electric if possible,\u201d said\nNixon.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, combining several facilities into one agreement\nwill reduce processing costs because credit analysis is conducted in a\nsingle cycle, while also improving operational efficiency.<\/p>",
