TNI personnel arrested in Papua JAYAPURA: Capt. Kaspar, the deputy commander of the Army's subdetachment in Sorong, was named a suspect in an illegal logging investigation in Papua, according to a military official. "He has been named a suspect and was arrested two days ago. I issued his arrest warrant," said the detachment commander, Col. Herry Pramono, on Thursday. Kaspar was arrested and charged with the possession of about 2,000 cubic meters of illegal logs in Teminabuan, Sorong.
