Militants attack Kashmir SRINAGAR, India (Reuters): Suspected separatist guerrillas fired grenades at a government-controlled Kashmir television center on Saturday, police said, a day before U.S. President Bill Clinton was due to arrive in New Delhi. The assault took place in Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir. There were no reports of casualties or damage, a police spokesman said.
