Young shuttlers for ABC meet

JAKARTA (JP): Lidya Djaelawidjaja and Meiluawati, who joined
Indonesia's Uber Cup team at the championships in Hong Kong last
month, will represent the country at the Asian Cup badminton
championships in Seoul, South Korea.

The Asian Badminton Confederation announced on Tuesday that
Hermawan Susanto and Hendrawan will also take part in the
championships. Men's doubles Ade Sutrisna/Chandra Wijaya and Tony
Gunawan/Rudy Wijaya will also compete.

Antara reported that host South Korea will field number one
doubles Park Sung-woo/Lee Kwang-jin, who will take part in the
Olympic Games, women's singles Kim Ji-hyun, men's doubles Yoo
Young-sung/Kim Dong-moon, women's pair Gil Yong-ah/Jang Hye-ock
and mixed duo Park Joo-bong/Ra Kyung-min. (yan)
