Yogya tour turns sour

We joined the four-day Bromo-Bali Tour organized by Yogya Rental Tour & Travel, permit No. 34503/AK84/II/90, on Jalan Pasarkembang 85-88 PH in Yogyakarta. Their service was disappointing.

1. Four hours from Yogyakarta, our tourist bus' air conditioner broke down. A bus of the same company in front of us had a non-functioning air conditioner too. There was no air conditioning on the following days.

2. The tour guide and the bus crew were unexperienced, unable to give clear information and rude to the tourists. They smoked on the bus.

3. The restaurants where the bus made stops were extremely expensive. The rooms in the Bromo House were low quality with no fan and no hot water. Once the room was closed it felt like a box.

We and the other tourists feel that Yogya Rental, and its low quality of service, does not meet the standard of a tourist transport company.
