Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk (XLSMART) held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on 12 October 2026. Shareholders approved changes to the company’s Board of Commissioners, including accepting Vivek Sood’s resignation as commissioner and appointing Thomas Hundt to the position.
The EGMS accepted Sood’s resignation, effective upon the close of the meeting on 12 October 2026, and expressed its appreciation for his performance and contributions during his time at the company.
The meeting also approved a full release and discharge (acquit et de charge) for Sood in respect of actions taken in his capacity as commissioner from 1 January 2026 to 12 October 2026, provided those actions are reflected in the company’s books, including its financial statements, which are to be approved at the 2026 annual general meeting, and do not constitute criminal acts.
