Wijaya Karya (WIKA) restructures board of commissioners and directors
Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk or WIKA has established a new composition of its board of commissioners and directors at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2025 Fiscal Year.
Based on the reading of the Series A Dwiwarna Shareholder Letter at the AGMS, quoted from a written statement in Jakarta on Monday, the position of WIKA’s President Director is held by Ketut Pasek Senjaya Putra.
Meanwhile, Hadjar Seti Adji has been appointed as Director of Human Resources Management and Transformation, and Hananto Aji as Director of Operations I.
Shareholders also appointed Sonny Setyadhy as Director of Operations II, Vera Kirana as Director of Risk Management and Legal, and Mulyadi as Finance Director.
As for the WIKA board of commissioners, it consists of Chairman Apri Artoto, Independent Commissioner Suryo Hasporo Tri Utomo, Independent Commissioner Adityawarman, Independent Commissioner Harris Arthur Hedar, and Commissioner Suwarta.
Harris Arthur Hedar is the General Chairman of the Indonesian Professional Advocates Association (Peradi Profesional) and a Professor at Makassar State University (UNM).
In the AGMS, WIKA discussed several agendas. The meeting agendas included approval of the annual report and financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year, report on the use of State Capital Participation (PMN) funds, amendments to the articles of association, as well as changes to the composition of directors and the board of commissioners.
The 2025 Fiscal Year AGMS is part of WIKA’s commitment to continuously strengthen corporate governance, maintain transparency and accountability, and continue business transformation to support sustainable business continuity amid the dynamics of the national construction industry.
For the 2025 fiscal year, WIKA recorded new contracts worth Rp17.46 trillion and contracts on hand amounting to Rp50.55 trillion. The company’s sales were recorded at Rp20.44 trillion with total assets reaching Rp50.15 trillion.
