        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk or WIKA has\nestablished a new composition of its board of commissioners and\ndirectors at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the\n2025 Fiscal Year.<\/p>\n<p>Based on the reading of the Series A Dwiwarna Shareholder Letter at\nthe AGMS, quoted from a written statement in Jakarta on Monday, the\nposition of WIKA\u2019s President Director is held by Ketut Pasek Senjaya\nPutra.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Hadjar Seti Adji has been appointed as Director of Human\nResources Management and Transformation, and Hananto Aji as Director of\nOperations I.<\/p>\n<p>Shareholders also appointed Sonny Setyadhy as Director of Operations\nII, Vera Kirana as Director of Risk Management and Legal, and Mulyadi as\nFinance Director.<\/p>\n<p>As for the WIKA board of commissioners, it consists of Chairman Apri\nArtoto, Independent Commissioner Suryo Hasporo Tri Utomo, Independent\nCommissioner Adityawarman, Independent Commissioner Harris Arthur Hedar,\nand Commissioner Suwarta.<\/p>\n<p>Harris Arthur Hedar is the General Chairman of the Indonesian\nProfessional Advocates Association (Peradi Profesional) and a Professor\nat Makassar State University (UNM).<\/p>\n<p>In the AGMS, WIKA discussed several agendas. The meeting agendas\nincluded approval of the annual report and financial statements for the\n2025 fiscal year, report on the use of State Capital Participation (PMN)\nfunds, amendments to the articles of association, as well as changes to\nthe composition of directors and the board of commissioners.<\/p>\n<p>The 2025 Fiscal Year AGMS is part of WIKA\u2019s commitment to\ncontinuously strengthen corporate governance, maintain transparency and\naccountability, and continue business transformation to support\nsustainable business continuity amid the dynamics of the national\nconstruction industry.<\/p>\n<p>For the 2025 fiscal year, WIKA recorded new contracts worth Rp17.46\ntrillion and contracts on hand amounting to Rp50.55 trillion.
