WiFi and phone lines for the masses
Hmmm -- where to start with this one? Sounds like a fantastic plan but I can't see any of the companies being very interested in doing this project unless the government put together a very attractive deal. The thought of trying to collect money from 72,000 new villages across the country is probably a companies worse nightmare. Even if this project happens the government is going to have to seriously look at the COST of phone calls and internet as many of the people they are connecting are probably more interested in how to eat!

Fuck me! the schools are so under funded they can't afford to pay teachers or buy new books! How the hell he thinks they will be able to afford laptops and PC's is anybodies guess!
