Many motorists tend to ignore the existence of zebra crossings. Pedestrians have a difficult time trying to cross the road at zebra crossings because motorists do not stop at crossing for pedestrians. Pedestrians have to wait until the road is clear of passing vehicles.

So, what are zebra crossings for if motorists do not pay attention to them? The government has spent a lot of money establishing zebra crossings. I hope that the relevant authorities look into the matter and discipline the badly behaved motorists.
