Want to Become a Priority Customer of BRI, Mandiri, or BNI? Here's the Minimum Balance Required
Banks offer a variety of savings products that can be utilised by all segments of society in Indonesia. In addition, general banks also provide priority customer services, which are given to customers with certain deposit amounts or balances, particularly for middle to upper classes.
Customers who fall into the priority category will receive exclusive services not available to regular customers. For example, they can obtain services without having to queue and receive special attention from bank staff.
The facilities provided are also more comfortable and luxurious, such as dedicated service rooms with light food and beverage offerings. In addition, priority customers can enjoy ease in the credit application process, complete with more attractive interest rate offers.
Of course, the minimum balance for each bank’s priority customer service varies.
