Walton Global Launches US Land Fund for International Investors
Scottsdale, Ariz.–(ANTARA/Business Wire)– Walton Global (“Walton”), a leading company in real estate investment, land banking, and land asset management, has announced the launch of the U.S. Land Income & Growth Fund for foreign investors. This fund is a private investment vehicle focused on generating income and long-term capital appreciation through residential land in the US, aimed at addressing the housing supply imbalance across the country.
The fund completed its first close in October 2025 and is specifically designed for international investors seeking to invest in US real estate. The launch follows Walton Global’s previous offerings, including a publicly offered fund in Japan and a registered investment vehicle in Hong Kong. This demonstrates growing overseas demand for US land-based strategies.
This strategy combines providing short- to medium-term financing to major national US homebuilders. The developers’ positions are secured by first liens on residential land, with land certificates held as collateral, which ultimately generates income from interest payments. At the same time, the fund acquires pre-development residential land in US metropolitan areas characterised by population growth, housing supply shortages, and sustained homebuilder demand.
“This fund is aimed at institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals seeking stable income and long-term growth through exposure to US real estate,” said Tim Haywood, Managing Director for the Middle East region at Walton Global. “Walton Global has decades of experience in identifying assets positioned to create value through permitting advancements and ultimate sales to developers.”
The strategy is designed to capitalise on opportunities in the early stages of the housing value chain, where capital is secured by land rather than finished housing or consumer demand. For international investors, US residential land offers exposure to long-term housing demand with a structure prioritising asset security and capital discipline. The focus on land-secured positions aims to limit reliance on market benefits or timing, which has been a priority for investors amid ongoing market instability.
The fund has been certified as Sharia-compliant by Masryef Advisory, thereby expanding access for investors adhering to Sharia financial principles and ethical investment that require concrete, asset-backed investment structures.
The U.S. Land Income & Growth Fund is available to qualified investors through various global investment platforms, including: Swissquote, Moventum, Capital Platforms, Momentum, Capital International Group, Universal Platform, Veri-Global, and Veritas Life.
Additionally, the fund is registered in the Cayman Islands and regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority, and managed by U.S. Land Manager (BVI) Limited, an affiliate of the parent company Walton, with Walton Global Holdings, LLC responsible for sourcing, structuring, and managing land-related activities.
