The full implementation of the Coretax system in 2026 represents a critical phase in the national tax administration transformation initiated by the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP). The digital-based system is designed to enhance data integration, transparency, and efficiency in tax reporting.

However, as the annual tax return filing period approaches in January-March 2026 for fiscal year 2025, numerous taxpayers—particularly micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and corporate entities—continue to face adaptation challenges. Key obstacles include account activation, the use of electronic certificates, and adjustment to features and reporting procedures within the Coretax system.

In response to these needs, vOffice has partnered with the South Jakarta Regional Office (DJP Jakarta Selatan I) to conduct an educational session titled “Tax Talk Vol. 3: 2025 Corporate Tax Return Without Drama—Getting to Know Coretax!” scheduled for 25 February 2026 at Centennial Tower, South Jakarta.

The initiative will address the transition from the legacy system to Coretax for corporate tax return filing, the technical stages of annual corporate tax return submission through the new platform, and the documentation requirements taxpayers must prepare.

vOffice Chief Executive Officer Erwin Soerjadi stated that digital tax transformation requires comprehensive support to ensure optimal implementation among business operators. According to him, technical education is crucial for minimising reporting errors whilst maintaining tax compliance.

To support these services, vOffice has partnered with IZINTAX from IZIN.co.id to provide tax consultation, calculation, and filing services for both individual and corporate taxpayers. Services also include bookkeeping and the preparation of financial statements such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets.

For corporate entities, vOffice offers additional services including payroll management, tax entrepreneur (PKP) administration, and compliance support for income tax (PPh) and value-added tax (PPN). The monthly subscription-based pricing model aims to make services more affordable for MSMEs through large-scale enterprises.

This educational initiative is viewed as relevant in maintaining tax compliance levels during the national system transition. With the increasingly widespread implementation of Coretax, business operators must be better prepared administratively and digitally to ensure that 2026 tax reporting is completed on time and in accordance with regulations.
