Jakarta (ANTARA) - Special Staff to the Vice President (Stafsus Wapres), Tina Talisa, visited the residence of Indonesia’s 7th President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) in Solo, Central Java, for an Eid al-Fitr silaturahmi to strengthen national relations.

Tina, dressed in a white kebaya and batik skirt, stated that the visit represented the Vice President’s special staff team coming to pay direct respects to Jokowi.

“Alhamdulillah, today we represent the Vice President’s special staff, including our senior Mr Suwardi and myself, to extend Eid greetings to the 7th President, Mr Jokowi,” Tina said in her statement in Jakarta on Thursday.

The visit to Jokowi’s residence took place on Wednesday (25/3). It is known that Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka has four special staff members: Tina Talisa, Achmad Adhitya, Nico Harjanto, and Suwardi. However, only Tina and Suwardi were able to join the silaturahmi in Solo.

According to Tina, the meeting was warm and familial. In addition to the greetings, they also conveyed apologies for any shortcomings in the spirit of Eid al-Fitr.

“And earlier, we expressed our physical and spiritual apologies, Eid al-Fitr silaturahmi,” she said.

During the meeting, Jokowi also delivered several important messages regarding the state of the nation. One key emphasis was the importance of preserving unity and harmony amid national dynamics.

“His message was that we must all continue to safeguard unity, harmony, and hopefully we all remain healthy in body and spirit—that’s the most important thing,” Tina said.

As a closing note, the 2003 Putri Indonesia finalist also revealed discussions about the development of the Nusantara Capital (IKN) in Kalimantan with Jokowi.

The project was previously confirmed by President Prabowo Subianto to be continued and even accelerated. The government has demonstrated commitment to its continuity through a budget allocation of Rp48.8 trillion for 2025-2029.

Tina emphasised that the spirit of unity is key to maintaining stability and the sustainability of the government’s strategic programmes, including the IKN development, which requires support from all elements of the nation.

“Earlier, I also discussed IKN with Mr Jokowi. My last visit to IKN was on 21 January 2026 as a follow-up to the Vice President’s instructions to encourage us from the Vice President’s Secretariat to take turns working in the IKN area. This step also affirms the government’s seriousness in realising IKN as Indonesia’s new administrative capital,” she said.
