I am very concerned to observe the celebration of Valentine's Day in Jakarta. Sadly, a television station aired a Valentine's Day program which is beyond acceptable values. And this has certainly a strong influence on our younger generation.

Actually, Valentine's Day it not part of our culture. Moreover, Moslems are now observing Ramadhan (fasting month). To celebrate the day in an excessive way seems to be inappropriate.
