JAKARTA (JP): Five American business missions will visit Indonesia within the next few weeks to further promote trade and business ties with local businesspeople.

Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Aburizal Bakrie said in a statement on Tuesday that the U.S. business missions would follow up the visit to the U.S. by an Indonesian business delegation in September.

The Indonesian business mission, consisting of 35 businessmen, was headed by Coordinating Minister of Trade and Industry Hartarto.

Aburizal added that the delegates would come from Nebraska, Minnesota and Washington.(10)
