WASHINGTON (Reuters): The U.S. Agriculture Department said Tuesday that it is adding corn products to the list of food items that Indonesia and the Philippines can buy under the GSM-102 export credit guarantee program.

USDA also added fruit juices to the lists for both countries and ice cream to the list for Indonesia and pulses to the list for the Philippines.

Corn products include corn flour, corn grits, corn flakes corn starch, corn meal and corn gluten feed.

Indonesia has a $250-million allocation under the fiscal 1998 GSM-102 program and the Philippines has a $20-million allocation. Sales under the export credit program must be registered with USDA by Sept. 30, 1998 and exporter contracts must call for delivery by Nov. 30, 1998.
