Tri Andayani Receives Award for Modernising Indonesia's Maritime Services

President Director of PT PELNI (Persero), Tri Andayani, has successfully received the Outstanding Leader in the Modernization of Indonesia’s Maritime Services award at the CNN Indonesia Leading Women Awards 2026. The award was presented by Allo Bank Commissioner Aviliani during the gala event at the Auditorium of Menara Bank Mega, Jakarta, on Tuesday (5/4) evening. Tri Andayani is a graduate of the Master’s in Management from UGM and has served as President Director of PT PELNI (Persero) since 2022. She previously held the position of Finance Director at PT PELNI (Persero) from 2017 to 2019. She also occupied several strategic roles at PT Len Industri (Persero) from 2015 to 2017. As President Director since 2022, Tri Andayani has been recognised for successfully driving digital transformation at PELNI and delivering improvements in service quality that are increasingly responsive to societal needs. Under her leadership, PELNI has become more efficient, innovative, and oriented towards public requirements. Her contributions have brought significant changes to the national sea transportation industry. The Leading Women Awards 2026 is organised by CNN Indonesia as a form of appreciation for inspirational women in the country who have contributed across various fields. This year’s edition adopts the theme ‘Empowered Women, Empowering the Nation’, spotlighting women as pillars of national civilisation. The CNN Indonesia Leading Women Awards 2026 serves as a platform highlighting inspirational women with tangible contributions to society. Through values of impactful leadership, integrity, inclusivity, and sustainability, the award is expected to continue encouraging women’s roles in various strategic sectors.
