Corridor 13, specifically routes 13B and L13E—known as the ‘Sky Path’—experienced service disruptions involving route shortening to the JORR Bus Stop due to a broken-down truck near Jalan Ciledugan Raya, Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta, on Friday (4/9) evening.

This information was shared via Transjakarta’s official X account. The post stated that as a result of the broken-down truck, the ‘Sky Path’ service is only operating as far as the JORR Bus Stop.

“Corridor 13, Routes 13B and L13E are temporarily shortened to the JORR Bus Stop due to a broken-down truck near MTs/MA Annajah, which has caused traffic congestion in the surrounding area,” the Transjakarta X account stated at 18:51 WIB.

In a parallel official statement received by the media, PT Transjakarta apologised for the necessary shortening of the ‘Sky Path’ route services.

“PT Transportasi Jakarta sincerely apologises for the inconvenience experienced by our loyal customers on Corridor 13,” said Ayu Wardhani, Head of Public Relations and CSR at Transjakarta, in the press release.

She noted that there were delays in bus arrivals on Corridor 13, Routes 13B, and L13E due to the broken-down truck near MTs/MA Annajah, which impacted local traffic density.

“As a result of this condition, travel time from Puri Beta to Petukangan has reached one hour,” she added.

Ultimately, as an adjustment measure to maintain operational interval regularity, the Corridor 13 route was shortened to serve only up to the JORR Bus Stop.

“Customers are advised to continue monitoring regular operational service updates via the TJ: Transjakarta application and Transjakarta’s official social media channels,” said Ayu.
