In a parallel official statement received by the media, PT\nTransjakarta apologised for the necessary shortening of the \u2018Sky Path\u2019\nroute services.<\/p>\n
\u201cPT Transportasi Jakarta sincerely apologises for the inconvenience\nexperienced by our loyal customers on Corridor 13,\u201d said Ayu Wardhani,\nHead of Public Relations and CSR at Transjakarta, in the press\nrelease.<\/p>\n
She noted that there were delays in bus arrivals on Corridor 13,\nRoutes 13B, and L13E due to the broken-down truck near MTs\/MA Annajah,\nwhich impacted local traffic density.<\/p>\n
\u201cAs a result of this condition, travel time from Puri Beta to\nPetukangan has reached one hour,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n
Ultimately, as an adjustment measure to maintain operational interval\nregularity, the Corridor 13 route was shortened to serve only up to the\nJORR Bus Stop.<\/p>\n
