The training agenda was held at Ole Suites Sentul in West Java from 27 to 29 April 2026. This activity forms part of strategic steps to improve the quality of human resources managing the electronic-based enforcement system.

The training is a priority programme of the National Traffic Corps Chief of the Indonesian National Police, Inspector General Agus Suryonugroho. The agenda was attended by participants from various regional police commands across Indonesia, who demonstrated high enthusiasm throughout the event.

During its implementation, participants received comprehensive briefing on ETLE operations, from the violation recording process (capture), the verification and validation stages by back-office operators, to the mechanism for sending confirmation letters to violators. In addition, participants were equipped with understanding of standard operating procedures (SOPs), handling technical issues, and the importance of integrity and accuracy in every work stage.

The Head of Traffic Enforcement of the National Traffic Corps of the Indonesian National Police, Brigadier General Faizal, emphasised that ETLE operators play a vital role as the frontline of modern traffic law enforcement. Professionalism, accuracy, and responsibility in data management are key factors in maintaining the credibility of the ETLE system in the eyes of the public.

“ETLE operators must be able to work precisely, professionally, and uniformly in their actions, both in the field and in back-office system management,” stated Brigadier General Faizal firmly.

Through this activity, the National Traffic Corps of the Indonesian National Police hopes that improved ETLE operator competencies will drive the realisation of more modern, transparent, and just traffic law enforcement throughout Indonesia.
