        "content": "<p>The training agenda was held at Ole Suites Sentul in West Java from\n27 to 29 April 2026. This activity forms part of strategic steps to\nimprove the quality of human resources managing the electronic-based\nenforcement system.<\/p>\n<p>The training is a priority programme of the National Traffic Corps\nChief of the Indonesian National Police, Inspector General Agus\nSuryonugroho. The agenda was attended by participants from various\nregional police commands across Indonesia, who demonstrated high\nenthusiasm throughout the event.<\/p>\n<p>During its implementation, participants received comprehensive\nbriefing on ETLE operations, from the violation recording process\n(capture), the verification and validation stages by back-office\noperators, to the mechanism for sending confirmation letters to\nviolators. In addition, participants were equipped with understanding of\nstandard operating procedures (SOPs), handling technical issues, and the\nimportance of integrity and accuracy in every work stage.<\/p>\n<p>The Head of Traffic Enforcement of the National Traffic Corps of the\nIndonesian National Police, Brigadier General Faizal, emphasised that\nETLE operators play a vital role as the frontline of modern traffic law\nenforcement. Professionalism, accuracy, and responsibility in data\nmanagement are key factors in maintaining the credibility of the ETLE\nsystem in the eyes of the public.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cETLE operators must be able to work precisely, professionally, and\nuniformly in their actions, both in the field and in back-office system\nmanagement,\u201d stated Brigadier General Faizal firmly.<\/p>\n<p>Through this activity, the National Traffic Corps of the Indonesian\nNational Police hopes that improved ETLE operator competencies will\ndrive the realisation of more modern, transparent, and just traffic law\nenforcement throughout Indonesia.<\/p>",
