Jakarta — PT Toyota-Astra Motor (TAM) has prepared 10 emergency posts operating 24 hours a day and 297 service stations to support public travel during the mudik (mass holiday migration) and Hari Raya Idul Fitri 2026 holiday period.

Marketing Director of PT TAM, Jap Ernando Demily stated that the emergency posts will operate from 17-29 March 2026 along major mudik routes on the islands of Java, Sumatra, Bali and Sulawesi.

“Toyota is committed to providing peace of mind for every journey undertaken by the public across all regions of Indonesia, to ensure our customers can travel without worry wherever their destination may be,” said Jap Ernando in a written statement received in Jakarta on Monday.

Beyond the emergency posts, Toyota has also prepared 297 service stations that will continue operating normally during the Lebaran holiday period to serve customer vehicle maintenance needs.

Should any damage requiring further attention be found, customer vehicles will be recommended to be brought to the nearest official Toyota service station.

Toyota has also prepared additional services such as Toyota Mobile Service and Emergency Roadside Assistance operating 24 hours a day to assist customers experiencing vehicle problems whilst travelling.

Beyond vehicle repair services, several posts also provide rest facilities for holiday travellers, including waiting areas, parking zones, and access to light food and beverages.

Toyota stated that this emergency service programme forms part of a regular holiday service campaign run by the company to support customer mobility during the Lebaran mudik period.

“The service provided does not only concern vehicle servicing, but also the needs of drivers and their family members so that they obtain an enjoyable experience,” the executive added.
