Established in 2002, the NHJS offers Primary and Secondary education programs. The curriculum is based on Singapores national curriculum and English is used as the language of the instruction.
The NHJS curriculum emphasizes total development of a students talents. The school offers a unique brand of education that will help students develop their academic interests in life,
To stimulate students love for Mathematics, we also provide Math coaching and training after school hours said Mr. Alvan.

The NHJS interests in Mathematics further developed when the school was selected by Singapore-based Hwa Chong Institution (HCI) to be the Host Center of the APMOPS 2005 in Indonesia.
Mr. Alvan said that APMOPS was aimed to stimulate the excitement and enthusiasm in Mathematics among young children. We hope to use this opportunity to tap new talent in Mathematics and to help nurture it further said Mr. Alvan, adding that the event will be held each April.
